Complaints and Appeals
Certification Body of NASK
Complaints and appeals are reviewed by the appropriate Certification Body of NASK in accordance with the principles of impartiality and reliability. They are considered by staff who were not involved in the related certification process and who have no conflict of interest with the complainant or appellant. The Certification Body of NASK does not engage in any discriminatory actions as a result of a complaint or an appeal against a decision.
The Certification Body of NASK informs the appellant or complainant about the outcome of the appeal or complaint.
An appeal or complaint is examined and resolved promptly, but no later than within 30 days. In justified cases, the processing time may be extended by an additional 30 calendar days, in which case the Certification Body will inform the appellant or complainant.

Complaints about the certification activities of a specific Certification Body of NASK are accepted without time limits.
Each client has the right to appeal against the decision of the appropriate Certification Body of NASK regarding the granting, withdrawal, suspension, or reduction of the certificate.
Each laboratory with the status of a licensed laboratory has the right to appeal against the decision of the Certification Body of NASK regarding the issuance, suspension or withdrawal of the status of a licensed laboratory.
The appeal must be submitted in writing within 14 days of receiving the decision.
ICT/AI Testing and Experimentation Facility
Complaints are handled by the ICT/AI Testing and Experimentation Facility in accordance with the principles of impartiality and integrity. Complaints are handled by staff who were not involved in the research process related to the complaint and who do not have a conflict of interest with the complainant. The Laboratory does not take any discriminatory action as a result of a complaint being submitted and informs the complainant of the outcome of the complaint.
Complaints should be sent to the NASK-PIB mailing address or by e-mail to laboratorium@nask.pl.
Appeals or complaints shall be examined and resolved immediately, but no later than within 30 days. In justified cases, the time for examining a complaint may be extended by another 30 calendar days, of which the Laboratory shall inform the complainant.
Complaints concerning laboratory activities are accepted without time limits.
