Complaints and Appeals
Appeals and complaints are considered by the Certification Body of NASK in accordance with the principles of impartiality and reliability. The Certification Body of NASK does not engage in any discriminatory actions as a result of submitting a complaint or appealing against the issued decision. An appeal or complaint is examined and resolved promptly, but no later than within 30 days.
Appeals
Each client has the right to appeal against the decision of the Certification Body of NASK regarding granting, withdrawing, suspending or limiting the certificate.
Each laboratory with the status of a licensed laboratory has the right to appeal against the decision of the Certification Body of NASK regarding the issuance, suspension or withdrawal of the status of a licensed laboratory.
The appeal should be submitted within 14 days from the date of receipt of the decision, either in writing to the correspondence address of NASK or by e-mail to the following address: standard@nask.pl.

Complaints
Complaints about the conduct of the Certification Body of NASK or regarding the compliance of certified products with certification requirements are accepted without time limits. Each complaint is processed by staff who were not involved in the certification process related to the complaint and who do not have a conflict of interest with the complainant.
