Privacy policy

This privacy policy regarding the Certification website available at: certfikacja.nask.pl or another address indicated by the Website Administrator (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) sets out the rules for the processing of personal data in connection with the use of the Website’s services based on the regulations resulting from the regulation of the Parliament European Union and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as : “RODO”).

The administrator of the personal data of the Website Users is the Website Administrator, i.e. Research and Academic Computer Network (NASK-PIB) with its registered office in Warsaw at Kolska 12 St.; contact to the Data Protection Inspector at NASK-PIB: iod@nask.pl.

Personal data of the Website Users in the form of the IP address of the device used by the User and personal data relating to the Website User or third parties, which may be contained in files made available by the User to the Website, are processed pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 point f RODO for purposes related to the legitimate interest of the data controller, which is to perform a (self-)assessment of the level of quality and security of digital services.
The User decides on his own about the scope of data he sends to the Website. By sending data regarding other people to the Website, the User ensures that he or she is authorized to do so.
The data provided by the User to the Website is processed automatically and is also processed by authorized persons.
The data provided by the Website Users may be made available by NASK-PIB to entities providing NASK-PIB with IT services related to the operation and maintenance of the Website and to bodies authorized to receive this data under the law.
Data from the Website are not shared with third countries or international organizations.
Data sent to the Website will be stored on the Website for the duration of the User’s use of the Website in a single session. Automatic deletion of the document containing personal data from the Website takes place at the end of the session, regardless of the method of its termination, including interruption. The session ends automatically after 1 hour.
The Website User has the right to request access to his/her data, rectification, objection, restriction of processing and deletion.
The Website User has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection in the event of a violation of the principles of personal data protection.

Website user data is not used for profiling.
